The Nakiri carries the Shogun's finish onto a flat-edged vegetable blade. It's what you buy when most of your prep is produce and you're tired of rocking a curved chef's knife through it.

The edge is straight, so the whole length lands on the board at once — cabbage, squash, onions, anything you cut in volume. Damascus-pattern steel runs the same rippled watermark as the rest of the line, set in a laminated pakkawood handle. A blade guard ships with it.
