SHIPPING POLICY
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order.
Where your order ships from
Kiru knives are made by our manufacturing partner overseas and ship directly from there. This is how we keep the price where it is.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
- Delivery to the US: typically a further 10–20 business days after dispatch.
These are typical times, not guarantees. Customs processing, holidays, and carrier delays can extend them. If you need a knife by a specific date, email kiruknifeco@gmail.com before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it's realistic.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show movement after the first scan; this is normal for international shipments.
Customs and import charges
Orders to the US under $800 in value are not normally subject to import duties. In the rare case a customs charge is applied, it is the customer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 15 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, email kiruknifeco@gmail.com your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund in full.
Address errors
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can correct an address if you email us before the order ships. Once dispatched, we can't redirect a package, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
